GMTU Consulting

In terms of the consultancy section of our firm, we assist and provide optimum services in partnerships between offices and organizations in Nigeria and internationally in order to advance the national economic outlook.

These partnerships involve projects, contracts and other services required by the client as we consult on any/all services having built a reasonable ambience of partners in different industries waiting to connect to other businesses and the government.

We also are highly involved in debt recovery on a small and large scale. Also, we consult on the dispensation of seized and confiscated goods and properties by the government from fraudulent individuals and activities which are to be auctioned to inject back into the government economy.

We have built our experience from direct and indirect dealings and relationship with a wide range of spheres. We intend to bring experience to the field if given the opportunity to work with your Organization. We act as corporate secretaries to a few firms who have gained confidence in our services as a result of the results gotten from relationship in business.

We have provided professional advice, prepared resolutions, drafted Agreements/contracts for new businesses in different situations for hotels as corporate secretaries and in retention of our services. We have also represented in the regularization of relations with Federal Inland Revenue in favour of our clients, we have trained staff and we are still training staff on dispute resolution with regard to disputes which arise between staff and also between staff and guests as the outcome of this usually determines the reputation of the organization.
